The Role
- Conducting outbound and inbound collection calls
- Maintain and reconcile debtor ledger
- Major account reconciliations
- Conducting payment allocations
- Raising credit notes
- Investigating and resolving account queries
- Assisting with month-end reporting from an AR perspective
Your Background
To be considered for this role you must possess most of the following attributes:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar Accounts Receivable or credit control role
- Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop your skillset
- A can-do and positive attitude to fit with the positive culture
- Happy to commit to Eastern Suburbs location
