Your new company
An established Australian manufacturing organisation based on the fringes of Newcastle, seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable to assist with holiday cover.
This role will be based in their main office at Heatherbrae and will run up until the end of September / beginning of October.
Your new role
This role will primarily involve performing the full end-to-end Accounts Receivable function.
- Bank reconciliations
- Allocating cash receipts to invoices / GL
- Update cash flow with AR / Bank reconciliation information
- Board Papers
- Customer enquiries and follow up
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook & Word)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Has a "can do" attitude and is willing to provide other general office support as required
