Your new role:Based in our Kingsgrove Head Office, the AR Officer will be joining the team on a part-time capacity (Week 1: Tue-Thu & Week 2: Tue & Thu). This role is responsible for ensuring the Accounts Receivable function and associated financial administration processes are managed effectively within the organisation.In addition, you will be:Processing customer credit applications for approval & entry into the systemFollowing up overdue debtors and refer overdue debtors to Debt Collection Agency if no progress is forthcoming.Checking extensions on and process delivery dockets via computer invoicing.Liaising with the Finance Manager & other AR team members to complete AR General Ledger reconciliations.Processing batch financial information regularly during the month, and ensure subsidiary modules are reconciled to the general ledgerReconciling sales to Business Services Managers sales listings.Conducting month-end processing.About you:As the Accounts Receivable Officer you have proven experience in a full function Accounts Receivable role.
