Accounts Receivable Officer (Graduate) - Large Advertising Agency

A leading Advertising Agency is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team. 

Duties will include:

• Ownership of the AR ledger and Billing process.
• Reconciling and allocating daily sales.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Resolving reconciliation discrepencies.
• Debtors reconciliations.
• Query resolution.
• Journalling.

Our client is seeking a Graduate and/ or TAFE qualified accountant with 1 - 2 years Accounts Receivable experience. There is already a training budget and succession plan in place for a capable Accounts Recievable Officer to transition into the Agency's mainstream finance function. The successful applicant should therefore be a self starter who is 'hungry' to learn and take on new challenges. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills.
