The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer their finance team. Reporting into the Credit Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing credit risk, maximizing cash flow, and ensuring timely payment from customers to support the financial health of our organisation. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits
- Monitor and chase overdue accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Assess and mitigate credit risks
- Prepare and present regular reports on Accounts Receivable
- Proven experience in credit control or Accounts Receivable
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets and reducing aged debt
- Familiarity with ERP accounting software and CRM systems
