The position
The core responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Invoicing
- Receipting
- Debtor management & monitoring
- Maintain Customer database
- End of month reporting and running reports as required
The successful candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has:
- Previous usage of Oracle is desired but not essential.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Self‐motivated with sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with difficult situations with Customers.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
