This corporation based in the Parramatta area is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary 3-month basis. This company is a multinational organisation that operates across a wide variety of sectors and is a market leader in their field.

Your new role

Reporting to the Credit & Collections Manager and situated within the Credit & Collections team, this role is responsible for handling and processing credits and debits for customers. The duties of the role will include:

• Managing and collecting debts from company debtors.

• Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks.

• Processing credits for various types of credits, including duplicated payments and compliance credits

• Contacting and responding to clients to resolve queries, disputes or to follow up on required information

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:

• Previous experience of 2-5 years within a Credit/Collections role

• Experience with a large ERP system e.g. Pronto

• Intermediate to advanced level of Excel knowledge (Pivot tables, Vlookups knowledge essential)

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• The ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

• High level of attention to detail
