Your new company
Our client is an industry leader in security services seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated person to join their finance team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
This role reports directly to the Credit Manager as a Credit Controller to support with duplicated payments, compliance credits and payments without remittance.
Key accountabilities:
Reviewing and opening new credit account applications.
Telephone / email collection and reconciliation of overdue accounts.
Respond to requests for information from both internal and external customers.
Liaising with individual stakeholders and managers as required regarding outstanding accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties outlined above and will require the following:
Essential experience
At least 2-5 years credit/collections experience
Previously worked in a fast-paced environment
Experienced with using a large ERP system (mandatory)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with General Manager's Ms and branch Managers
Confident and professional
Experienced in Excel - pivot tables, v-lookups - intermediate to advanced
Must be a team player
Must have a good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Must have good phone mannerisms and clear communication
