Accounts Receivable/Payroll Officer – Manufacturing

An exceptional opportunity currently exists for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Payroll officer to join our Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

• Creating, monitoring and reconciliation of customer accounts, associated 
  credit limits and stop credits
• Bank Reconciliations - Receipting and allocation of customer payments and managing customer deposits
• Managing Accounts receivable and collections
• Monthly Reconciliation of customer consignment accounts
• Sending out invoices and statements
• Responding to AR inquiries in a professional & timely manner, Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
• Assisting with month-end closing activities

Payroll

• Downloading and verifying employee clock in data for completeness and accuracy
• Process weekly payroll on time
• Maintain confidentiality of employee personal data and ensure employee 
  data is up to date in system
• Respond to requests relating to leave balances, terminations, changes, etc.
• Liaise with all managers for all payroll related information
• Complete Monthly tasks - File payroll tax, pay superannuation and child support

Formal qualification and previous experience in similar role is a must.
