An exceptional opportunity currently exists for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Payroll officer to join our Head Office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
- Creating, monitoring and reconciliation of customer accounts, associated
credit limits and stop credits - Bank Reconciliations - Receipting and allocation of customer payments and managing customer deposits
- Managing Accounts receivable and collections
- Monthly Reconciliation of customer consignment accounts
- Sending out invoices and statements
- Responding to AR inquiries in a professional & timely manner, Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
- Assisting with month-end closing activities
Payroll
- Downloading and verifying employee clock in data for completeness and accuracy
- Process weekly payroll on time
- Maintain confidentiality of employee personal data and ensure employee
data is up to date in system - Respond to requests relating to leave balances, terminations, changes, etc.
- Liaise with all managers for all payroll related information
- Complete Monthly tasks - File payroll tax, pay superannuation and child support
Formal qualification and previous experience in similar role is a must.
