We are a family run business providing property management services to multiple businesses. This role is located in the accounts department.
We have scope for casual//part-time//full-time roles.So please let me know which your preference is when applying.
Qualifications & experience
- Essential - must have previous accounts experience
- Minimum 5 years working in an accounts role
- Both accounts receivable and payable experience is required
- We need someone flexible who can jump in and work AP or AR depending on the day
- There will be a level of forensic accounting assistance needed so this is not just a bookeeping role.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Accounts Payable/receivable
- Ensuring correct processing of Bills/invoices for multiple Properties
- Reconcilliation of statements
- General booking and administration duties
- End of Month processing reports
- Any other tasks delegated by Senior Accountant
