Administration Officer
Reports to: Executive Officer
Primary focus: The Administration Officer works collaboratively with the Executive Officer, processing and conducting all office duties and other tasks as assigned by the Executive Officer.
Duties / Accountabilities
- Sending out library books and keeping an up-to-date record of books borrowed and returned.
- Answer phone.
- Create brochures and flyers
- Assist with correspondence to government and non-government bodies
- Assist with event management
- Any other duties as required by management.
- Be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner with courtesy and respect to the Australian Orphanage Museum
- Looking after the Australian Orphanage Museum
- Answering emails
- Make sure brochures and flyers are available in theoffice.
- Keeping a mail book in the office.
- Keep stationery cupboard stocked.
- Filing and photocopying
- Any other duties as required by the CEO
- Possibility to extend hours in the future.
