Lume Services is a vibrant and growing electrical contracting business based in Moorabbin specialising in electrical maintenance, domestic works and small-medium commercial construction.
We are looking for an integral part of our team who can grow with the company. This will be an evolving role for the right person.
This role will involve
- Liaising with external clients and internal staff to provide outstanding customer service
- Planning, scheduling and booking appointments using a job management program
- Handling incoming email and phone queries
- Invoicing/ordering (other tasks as directed)
Ideal candidate
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Good time management skills
- Computer savvy
- Multi tasker
- Organised with attention to detail
- Job Management software & Xero experience (preferred but not essential)
- Great knowledge of Melbourne suburbs
- Driven to perform
- Responds to incentives
