Accounts / Administration Officer required for Leading Company based in Malaga.
This role is a combination of AR/AP and Administration.
The role is a contract position of 12 weeks that could extend, working from 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
Your key responsibilities in the role include:
- Processing online claiming/progress payments
- Assisting with credits investigations
- Processing credits
- Handle Queries
- Data Entry and processing orders
- Ability to work as part of a team assisting co-workers where needed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong rapport building and problem solving skills
- Previous Accounts/Administration experience
- Have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and handle matters promptly.
- A quick learner with a "can do" attitude.
