Rosebud RSL Sub Branch is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts/Admin Support person. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our organisation while supporting our accounting and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise MYOB to accurately enter daily sales and maintain creditor records.
- Process payroll using Wage Easy, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Assist with end-of-month journal entries and bank account reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support, including reception relief and assistance to management and the committee.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts-related roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Certificate III in Financial Services is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in a not-for-profit environment would be advantageous.
