The role would is perfect for someone with kids in school. Extensive training will be provided for this role, so entry level candidates may also be considered for this position.
To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated, organized, have a strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication, have strong attention to detail.
As the Reception/ Administration Support responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administration duties including but not limited to answering the phone, filing, data entry
- Bank reconciliation
- Debt collection
- Raising purchase orders
- Responding to client queries via phone and email
- Monitoring of technicians and contractor licenses
- Monitoring stock levels of equipment and stationary
- Ad hoc tasks to assist management
This role is suited to a person looking for long term employment. Experience with the use of Xero Accounting Software is preferable but not essential.
