The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Accounts/Customer Service officer for an 18 month contract, offering flexibility between remote work and their South Brisbane office.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage customer account queries via phone and email
- Administer your portfolio of accounts, ensuring efficient operations
- Maintain tight control over debtors, but with empathy and compassion
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients and families
- Handle invoicing and minor reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable experience
- Experience in high volume contact centre environments
- Strong communication skills, particularly in sensitive healthcare contexts
- Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
