We are seeking a permanent full-time Accounts/Office administrator to join our team. The position will support & work closely with the Operations Manager and is based in our Seven Hills office.
You will be responsible for all administration activities including the efficient planning of all day to day activities to ensure that time frame requirements are met encompassing the following;
- Payroll, PAYG Tax, Superannuation, Workcover, Payroll Tax
- Cost Managment on all projects
- Cost Forecasting
- Receipting, Banking Payments, Cash Flow & Reconciliations
- Creditors Collating
- Debtors Invoicing Balancing of Accounts
- Account Collection
- General Ledger Reconciliations, BAS
- Records Management (Finance and HR only)
- Onboarding of new staff
- Ensure the company is complying with ISO standards
- Management of Fleet - registration, insurances & maintenance
- General office administration
Skills and experience;
- Must have experience in a similar role - majority is accounting based
- Previous experience working in construction or a related industry
- Experience with MYOB software is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- 'Can do' attitude and a willingness to learn
