NWAS are seeking a Part-time Accounts/Payroll Assistant to join and support the Accounts/Payroll Team at Head Office in Guildford.

This appointment is 20-25 hours per week. Hours are flexible, however working on Tuesdays and Wednesdays are essential to this role and not negotiable.
The successful applicant will:
- Have 5+ years experience working in an Accounts environment
- Support and foster a positive work environment
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Have sharp problem solving skills
Responsibilities also include:
- Experience with airline industry billing desirable.
- Additional payroll office experience preferred.
- Demonstrable skills in MS Word, Excel and Sharepoint.
- Experience with MYOB is an advantage and experience with HumanForce will impress us.
- A comprehensive understanding of transaction flow in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Demonstrate problem solving and judgment skills, and have high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High degree of job integrity.
