Administration Assistant with Accounts payable and receivable duties.
This Position is full time, but may also suit someone looking to work daily between school hours. (other options will be considered).
Admin Duties :- Telephones
- Data entry
- Add hoc as required
- Data Entry
- Payments
- Price Checking
- Debt Collection - Telephone based
- Issue resolution
- Xero Payroll
- Data Entry
- Weekly Payroll
- Experience not necessary, (full training given)
Xero - experience preferred, though any MYOB experience is highly regarded and full training given
