The Opportunity
As our clients Activities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in curating and facilitating transformative experiences for our guests within the sanctuary's unique ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with our client's team to develop and implement activities that align with our clients core concepts of 'simple wellness,' which operate in the realm of organic food preparation, restful sleep, and attention to good digestion.

About You
The characteristics required to thrive in this exciting role include:
- A passion for hospitality and wellness
- Excellent communication skills coupled with friendly, professional interpersonal skills. You definitely need to be a people person!
- The ability for creative thinking and a knack for designing engaging activities.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guest needs.
To be considered for this role, you will require previous experience in:
- Activity Planning and Execution: Design and organize a diverse range of activities and experiences that foster connection with nature, promote mindfulness, and encourage personal growth.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to understand their interests, preferences, and wellness goals, tailoring activities to meet their needs.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate special events, workshops, and retreats that align with our ethos and provide opportunities for wellness and self-discovery.
- Community Building: Foster a sense of community among guests, encouraging collaboration, connection, and shared experiences.
