Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative SLES / Group Activities Coordinator to design and host engaging group programs for small groups of people with disabilities. Your will be developing and launching this new branch of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing the programs, attracting new customers, managing compliance and documentation, and providing ongoing support to participants. Additionally, the Coordinator will champion our Disability Employment Program, assisting individuals with disabilities in developing valuable skills and securing meaningful employment opportunities. Our Disability Employment Program will focus on digital marketing, social media, video editing, graphic design, and more, offering unique opportunities for growth and learning. The indivudals involved will be responsible for assisting YOURCARE witht heir video editign and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and host group programs for individuals with disabilities
- Market the programs to attract new participants
- Manage compliance and documentation for all programs
- Champion our Disability Employment Program, providing support and guidance to participants
- Utilise digital marketing, social media, video editing, and graphic design skills to enhance program visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure program success and participant satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines and ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design
- Knowledge of disability employment programs and group facilitation techniques
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging program content
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new tools and platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and track expenses effectively
- Experience with business development
