Description
- Managing incoming phone calls, customer emails, and communications.
- Processing supplier and debtor invoices.
- Conducting accounts payable and receivable reconciliations from time to time.
- Undertaking general reception duties, filing, banking, and ordering stationary.
- Supporting the Service Coordinator in scheduling work for Electricians.
- Inputting service data into internal databases.
Profile
- Previous experience in customer service or service department roles.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable desirable
- Ability to plan, schedule, and prioritise tasks
- Polite and professional phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional computer skills, and proficient data entry.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting processes.
