Willis Bros Marble & Granite are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant. This position focuses on financial tasks but also includes some basic administrative duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Reconcile bank statements
- Process invoices, expense reports, and prepare other financial documents and budgeting as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process BAS, Payroll Tax and other lodgments as needed.
- Ad-hoc Financial Tasks
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative, bookkeeping or accounting role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of MYOB
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role will require 2 – 3 days a week with up to approx.15 hours a week
