Trident Services – Full-Time Recruitment Admin Assistant

We’re looking for a positive and organised individual to join our Head Office team in Cannon Hill as our Recruitment Admin Assistant.

- You will be self-motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight demands.
- You will be able to think innovatively to solve problems and mitigate risk.
The Position
As the Recruitment Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Creating Job Advertisements
- Source and screen candidates through various channels
- Book interviews on site
- Work collaboratively with a diverse, goal-orientated team who are at the forefront of the QLD recruitment scene
- Conduct pre-employment checks – fitness assessments, police checks and Right to Work
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Monitoring the recruitment inbox
- Entering Data
- Liaise with senior Recruitment Consultants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Skills and Experience

- Competent computer skills
- The ability to meet deadlines with outstanding attention to detail
