PIQ Logistics provides logistical support for the Singapore Armed Forces, facilitating the annual military training exercise held over the past 24 years.
Our Logistical support services include but are not limited to:
1. Vehicle inspections, servicing, maintenance and repairs.2. Military vehicle fleet storage. 3. Equipment maintenance and storage. 4. Field deployment and maintenance. 5. Vehicle and equipment transportation. 6. Field catering. 7. Administration and support services.
We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant.
Qualifications & experience
- Current manual driver's License is preferred.
- A clear police check, criminal history check, and/or other security clearances are required.
- Previous experience in an administrative role would be highly regarded, but in-house training will be provided.
- Business Admin qualifications would be highly regarded.
- Must have sound computer literacy, and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
- Previous use of accounting software would be highly regarded.
What we offer
- Full time permanent position.
- Working hours 07:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 – 15:30 Friday. 9-day fortnight. Based in Rockhampton.
- Annual Military training periods (generally between 45 to 84 days) – Team members are deployed to the military training area, where we complete a range of tasks. Meals and accommodation are provided in temporary camp style accommodation, based on six days on one day off roster. A daily rate is offered for this deployment period.
- Remuneration - We pay above award wages.
