About Exodas Transport
Exodas is a well-established transport company that operates Australia wide. We predominately provide transport services to the east coast of Australia, from Nth Queensland through to Melbourne.
Exodas Pty Ltd, Head Office is located in Yatala (QLD). Additionally we also have three sub depots located in Warnervale (NSW), Townsville (QLD) and Mareeba (QLD).
We are currently looking for an experienced Admin & Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Yatala.
As Admin & Recruitment Assistant you will be reporting to the Recruitment Manager and responsible for:
- Assist the Recruitment Manager to complete the recruitment process for a variety of operational and office based positions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase and attract talent across the business.
- Maintain a commitment to compliance at all times.
- Assist with induction training with employees in various roles within the company.
- Confidentially maintain employee records.
- Administration of company Employee Referral Program.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administration position within the transport/logistics sector.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate level of computer skills, (Microsoft Windows/Office).
- Experience in delivering basic training to a varied number of different roles.
- Ability to work well in a team and an autonomous environment.
