Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Entering order in our ERP system (MYOB Exonet)
- Print pickslip
- Invoicing orders
- Emailing customer Job report and the invoice
- Changing due date on the order
- Looking at scheduling sheet and updating date in ERP system
- Updating Addresses against customer account
- Printing certificates from our system
- Basic data entry
- Masterdata clean up
- Admin Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic Computer Skill
- MYOB Experience
- Customer service
