Elross Caravans promote a friendly, cheerful and hardworking team and are seeking an organised, methodical and bright new team member to fill the role of an Administration assistant.
Your New Role:
The position is a Full Time role working 38 hours per week - for the right candidate who will be eager to work co-operatively alongside our office management and sales team.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for the team, ensuring optimal use of time.
Meeting Organization: Coordinate and organize meetings for the team and senior management with suppliers and clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are prepared.
Sales and Marketing Support: Assist the sales and marketing team with various administrative tasks, including document creation, data entry, and updating records.
Invoicing: Handle invoicing responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a keen eye for detail - sending out progress payments etc
Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software for various tasks, ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate. Reckon accounts knowledge preferred but not essential.
Document Management: Update, organize, and maintain both physical and digital documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service and demonstrating a basic understanding of our products to assist callers effectively.
Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression to our business operations.
Filing: Maintain an organized filing system to facilitate easy retrieval of documents when needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry such as car dealership or other sales environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and other office tools basics such as word, excel etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
