The Role:
Our client is a manufacturer and supplier to the air conditioning industry and is seeking a switched-on and dynamic Admin Assistant with exceptional organisational skills to support a busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, a temporary role, with a potential view to become ongoing.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering phone calls
- Data entry
- Typing and entering orders
- Serving customers face to face and on the phones
- Invoicing
- Process credit card payments
- Managing email inquiries
Essential Criteria:
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
- Previous experience working in manufacturing or working as a Production Assistant would be highly desirable
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required
