Looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis.

- Providing administration and coordination of all professional events.
- Working closely with the marketing coordinator to support the delivery of organised events, and ensuring all post administration is completed within the time frame.
- Providing admin support to executive team assistants so that workloads across the team are well-managed. Arranging venues, transfers, name tags, security passes for visitors.
- Organising internal meetings, catering and office needs.
- Maintain group emails and support in social functions.
- Providing admin support (diary, travel, and expenses) to the general manager.
- Experience in administration, event and/or team assistant role.
- Strong customer service, organisational, and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise, multitask, work independently, and be able to complete tasks within a time frame.
- Excellent with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
- Sense of urgency to complete a task.
