Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Admin and Customer Service Officer to join our team in Mascot, Sydney. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for resolving real-time live problems and implementing changes to inflight catering to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live inquiries and resolve issues related to inflight catering promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various departments to implement changes to catering orders as per client requirements or operational needs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all catering orders, changes, and resolutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our catering services.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency in catering operations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Adhere to the 24/7 roster schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure round-the-clock support for our clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and administration skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues in real-time.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Willingness to travel to the office in Mascot, Sydney, as required.
