We are looking for a positive and efficient person to fulfil a multi-faceted role within our Coffs Harbour store. Duties will include, but not limited to, customer service and store admin tasks. Previous experience with hardware would be an added advantage, but the most important attribute is your passion to provide awesome customer service
This is a fulltime role in a fast-paced environment where duties will vary depending on the day making for an engaging and exciting workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service - face to face and over the phone.
- Merchandise and replenish stock
- General daily administration and reporting functions
- Ability to work well with systems and procedures.
- Strong computer skills using a computerised stock system.
- Be able to take ownership of issues that arise.
