Description
- Customer service and data entry updating the CRM
- Updating purchase orders
- Assist with account and petty cash reconciliations
- Conduct VEVO checks efficiently and accurately
- Assist with reception
- Provide general administrative support to both the finance and HR department
Profile
- Experience in a previous administration or accounts role
- Proficiency in Excel (medium to intermediate level) to effectively manage data and reports.
- Previous exposure to accounting software such as MYOB, MS Dynamics, or similar is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to provide support across various functions as needed.
Job Offer
