This Australian business is a leading supplier of road infrastructure. Having seen continuous growth, they have multiple locations across Australia, including NSW and QLD. Reporting to the Director of the business, you will be providing support for all accounting and admin tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business and contribute to their ongoing success and growth. This role is full-time and is in their Bathurst office, with flexible work hours starting as early as 8am.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of creditor invoices, and end of month reconciliations
- Perform data entry of sales invoices
- Assist with payroll and payroll related tasks
- Maintain proper documentation for all on site activities
- Assist with HR paperwork as needed
- Proactively follow up and chase debtors to ensure timely payments
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience using MYOB and be proficient in data entry and record keeping. You will have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, as the role is reliant on being able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Working in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management is a must. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and prioritise their own tasks.
