Form of workWe are looking for you to join this well established team immediately. This is a key role in the business.
You know you can juggle multiple tasks, shift from one thing to another with ease all while keeping the show on the road and providing support to key executives and to the team.
Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the accounts department as well as managing external customer facing and internal staff matters.
Some of your day to day tasks will include:
- Daily bank reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable, payable and payroll.
- Must have experience with Xero or equivalent accounting software.
- Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
- Lodge TPAR, PAYG and BAS with ATO.
- Manage a small team of staff.
- General office management
The key to being successful in this role is your ability to pivot quickly, stay calm under pressure and keep the accounts up to date.
