Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years using general accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal; and communication skills
- Great organisational skills and strong record management
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing supplier and subcontractor accounts
- Managing property and motor vehicle assets
- Assisting with Accounts receivable/payable
- Responsible for day to day operations of the office
- Ensure all equipment and inventory is stored neatly and accounted for
- Ensure food, snacks and fridge is stocked at all times
- Ensure all uniform is available to staff and managed efficiently
- Property Management and Co-ordination
- Fleet management and Co-ordination
