A well established financial planning practice requires the services of a well presented front counter receptionist.
Working out of our professional offices in West Perth.
Your role will include:
- Answering the phone, taking messages and transferring calls
- Greetings clients in a professional manner
- Collecting and distributing mail and emails
- Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
- Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently
- Providing assistance to other admin staff and Financial Advisers
- Attend to general office duties such as filing, photocopying, stationery orders etc
To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes:
- Confidence in talking and dealing with people
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presentation
- A desire to help people and ability to solve problems
- Have good time management skills with ability to work to deadlines autonomously and as part of a team
No specific qualifications are required, however, a sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
You will have the ability and desire to learn and understand different concepts and be prepared to undertake any training as required.
