Duties:
- Answering phone calls for initial enquiries and call backs from our existing clients. Transfer or escalate queries from clients to our Client Services Team as required.
- Call customers that have left a message on the voicemail
- Assisting with managing our email enquires inbox
- Qualifying initial enquiries received by phone or email
- Providing clients with inspection dates
- Emailing out inspection invoices to client
- Call or email clients to confirm inspection dates
- Re-schedule inspections for clients as required
- Call or email clients to confirm works dates
- Other tasks as needed during quieter periods
Desired Skills
- Answering phone calls in a call centre/office environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls to book in inspections or return missed calls left on our voice mails
- Comfortable managing inboxes specifically tasks like: qualifying email enquires, sending out template responses to answer initial enquires, book in inspections and emailing out inspection invoices.
