Due to recent growth a full time position has arisen for a client relationship Officer/Construction Admin with pre or post construction experience to come on board. Hours are 8-4:30pm and there is flexibility in the role once you complete your first few weeks of training
DUTIES
- Coordination of inspection bookings including confirmation and packaging up of necessary details for inspectors,
- Reviewing requested documentation against inspection notices ensuring they are complete and accurate,
- Drafting and updating of correspondence that outlines outstanding information for our clients,
- Uploading certificates and inspection correspondence to our database,
- Review of certificates and documents submitted as part of an approval,
- Lodging final building certificates and relevant documents with local government bodies,
- Manage the documentation of any changes that occur throughout the building process,
- log information of calls, and maintain detailed and accurate record in our database,
- Answering phones and assisting customers with enquiries,
- Providing general advice to clients about the application process,
- Liaising closely with the local Councils, builders, authorities, and other statutory bodies,
- Supporting Certifiers in their day-to-day tasks,
- Fostering a positive and professional working relationship with clients,
- General administration tasks involved in the building approval process
ABOUT YOU
- Previous exposure in the building industry is highly regarded, while previous experience within the building certification industry would be favourable
- Have a strong desire to provide an amazing level of customer service
- The ability to actively participate in a team environment, as well as work autonomously
