Our State Government client based has an excellent opportunity for a AO3 Concierge/Admin Officer to join the team on a temporary basis. The role, commencing ASAP, will be for an initial period of 3 months but they are looking for someone with a view to staying on longer term.

About the role:
As Concierge, you would be responsible for managing the resources of the office; on-site customer service; staff and security inductions; arranging couriers and attending to building maintenance requests. As a natural people person, you will enjoy providing the delivering the highest levels of customer service. Additionally, you will be equipped with generalist administrative skills to handle a variety of different duties.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving/analytical skills
- Sound proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to easily adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong track record of reliability
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
