A typical day in your role includes:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining accurate data entry
- Liaising with Company suppliers & clients
- Inputting new jobs to the schedule and upkeeping records as jobs progress
- Basic administration duties & supporting branch level or Management for everyday operational tasks
AG Height Safety is a growing company servicing our clients with Scaffold, Edge Protection, Void Protection & Temp Fence across the state with 4 branches.
Don't know anything about scaffolding or height safety equipment? That's ok, we have a large team that have been with us for a long time. You'll be able to learn quickly to soon become confident and capable in your role. All you need to bring is an eagerness to learn and appreciate that everyone in our office space enjoys the balance of a laugh through the day combined with hard work to service our amazing clients.
Hours of work include:
Mon-Thursday 8am – 3pm, Friday 8am - 2pm (31.5 hours per week)
Salary is $57,077.60 annual (full time hours)
Our office is based in Portsmith Cairns
The right applicant will bring proven 1 year experience in an administrational role. You will receive training to grasp Company specific operations.
