Our Client provides a customised approach for quality-focused marine towage and harbour services.
Duties
To provide operational and accounts support
Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable functions and supplier reconciliations
Raise and manage shipping invoices and accounts receivable
Management of Shipping Agency relationships and contracts
Purchase order processing and review
General Administration duties
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in both administration and book keeping duties in a medium to large size business
Well-developed organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Proven interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate to at all levels
Ability to work effectively in groups and independently
Initiative contribute to the continuous improvement culture
Advanced Excel, Word abilities and good knowledge of ERP software
Previous Pronto experience beneficial
Proven safety culture
