We are looking for a new team member to join our company where you will assist our borrowers in achieving the best outcome for them and our business. Home Lending experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
A day in the life of a Client Relationship Officer
- Receiving requests from borrowers seeking a lower interest rate on their home loan
- Reviewing these loan accounts and problem solving to determine the best offer available
- Liaising with our internal and external partners to achieve the best outcome
- Consulting with borrowers and/or brokers
- Implementing rate and repayment changes in the banking system
- Updating borrowers on these changes
- This role also includes processing other changes that may enhance the borrowers lending experience such as change to loan structure, referral for future lending, etc
- Room for progression and training in other areas is available for the right person looking for a long term career within our company
This area of our business is highly sought after and will suit an applicant that enjoys a busy schedule, thinking on their feet and problem solving.
You will also be confident in working out of several banking systems however, full training will be provided.
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking will be beneficial.
