We are seeking a very motivated colleague to join a highly productive mortgage discharge team.
What are we looking for?
- Positive attitude with a friendly phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner with the willingness to learn and expand skill set
- Basic financial understanding and or banking experience preferred but not necessary
- Highly organised individual
- Team player
- Can demonstrate skills in time management, prioritisation and has attention to detail to complete tasks in a timely manner and expected standard under a KPI benchmark
Key tasks are distributed amongst the team and are responsible for all facets of a mortgage discharge process including but not limited to:
- Communicating with Solicitors/brokers/clients by Phone and Email
- Completion of tasks for discharge of mortgage files
- Working on files in a range of different funder and solicitor systems and multiple email inboxes
- Initiating retention where required upon receipt of discharge
- Provide support and assistance to team members across the business unit
- Other duties as directed by the management team
