Admin & Accounts
We seek a vibrant and motivated individual to assume the position of Admin & Accounts to join a fast-growing manufacturing company. You must be able to produce work with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
This role is varied with opportunity to enhance and develop your skills over a broad range of areas.
You must have an administration background with experience in Xero payroll, MYOB, excel, professionally with customers. You should have strong verbal communication skills
Formal qualifications or food industry experience will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts Receivable & Payable data entry and reconciliation
- Prepare of Payroll
- Assisting Financial Controller
- Prepare financial reports
- Claims & Rebate management
- Banking & Petty Cash
- General administration duties such as filing, answering the phone, managing of front desk
- Handling communication with customers via phone, email or in-person
- Assist Sales Team with marketing material
- Assist with bookings of travel arrangements
- Update business policies & procedures
- Assists with implementation of new software management system

- Stock management
Skills & Experience:
- Strong Customer Service focus
- Microsoft suite skills, excel skills essential
- MYOB experience
- Xero experience
- Professional level of oral and written communication
