Responsibilities;
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including scheduling work, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth functioning of the operations team.
Requirements;
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
