Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Support /Receptionist to join our team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Group Administration Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with queries on phone to managing day-to-day administrative duties in the office.
The duties consist of but are not limited to: -
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Typing up letters and reports
- Printing and photocopying
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
This role suits someone who enjoys taking the initiative to maintain a smooth operation within the office and willing to take on ad hoc duties as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 10 to 15 years' experience in being Admin support or Office support.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work well with others as well as autonomously.
- Flexible and open to change.
- Good communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft packages (Team, Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
