About the role
This is an interesting position, with your day consisting of a variety of tasks including:
- Data entry for basic invoicing/accounts/payroll timesheets
- Customer service and client contact/bookings
- Setting up payment arrangements for clients and contacting debtors
- General office/admin tasks as required
What are we looking for
- Admin experience (experience in a similar role ideal)
- Data entry and/or basic accounts experience
- Confidence with computer systems important
- A positive 'can-do' attitude with great customer skills
- Organised, with good time management and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive and solutions focussed
