Our client within the building and construction space is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator who ideally has experience with some project assistance to join their expanding business.
Supporting one Director and their team of two, our client is seeking an individual who has worked within the construction industry. Exposure to this sector will be a must to ensure the successful candidate is able to hit the ground running, to join their highly productive Sydney team.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to the Director.
- Day to day involvement of projects and project coordination.
- Limited diary management.
- Assist with any overflow work from projects.
- Drafting building certificates and letters.
- Review documentation.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Some preparation of fee proposals and tenders.
- Follow up with client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Client management.
- Following up on invoices with internal team.
- Some exposure to drafting building certificates will be beneficial in this role.
- Enjoy working within a busy yet supportive team.
- Possess great communication skills.
- Previous exposure to drafting fee proposals.
- Detail oriented individual, with excellent problem solving skills.
