How many positions are available?
Our down-to-earth approach to financial planning has been well received by Aussies, and as a result we are expanding our Client Relations team to keep up with demand. We are currently looking for 3 new admin staff to add to our current team.
Where are you based?
For this role you will be working out of our Mermaid Beach office. At lunch you can walk down to the beach, or grab a free snack from the kitchen and head to our breakout room for darts or a game of pool.
What will my days look like?
We like to train our team in different areas so they have variety and enjoy coming to work. You will be part of the Client Relations Team working closely with our Financial Advisers.
Depending on your strengths, you might prepare client documentation, speak to clients or provide general admin support throughout the business. Your role will change and evolve as you learn more. As your skills grow, so will your career opportunities.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Admin Support for our Advice Team
- Speaking to Super Funds and Insurance Companies
- Assisting Clients with Enquiries
Qualifications & experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office - preferably excel
- Typing and Computer Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent English
